- Candidates should also involved in End to End recruitment process.
- Candidates should have good Communication.
- Candidates should have well versed in job portals.
- Candidates should have experience in sourcing channels.
- Candidates should setting-up the recruitment strategy to close the position within the time frame.
- Candidates should maintain the TAT for the open position.
- Candidates should scheduling candidates for Telephonic, F2F ,VC, Skype interviews.
- Candidates should experience in handling walk-in drive / Weekend Event regularly.
