Job Description :
- Candidates should have to coordinate and organize in-person interview rounds.
- Candidates should have to perform reference checks and employment verification.
- Candidates should have to build and maintain a strong network to source candidates from various channels including referrals and not only rely on job portals, social networking and other classified jobsites.
- Candidates should have to demonstrate professionalism, with an eye for detail and be proactive in identifying suitable candidates within specified time frame.
- Candidates should have to lead the full life cycle of recruitment for various openings on a monthly basis.
- Candidates should have to screen candidates and conduct first round interviews to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
- Candidates should have to utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
- Candidates should have to maintain recruitment related documents.
- Candidates should have to excellent written and oral English& Hindi communication skills.
- Candidates should have ability to multi-task and prioritize requirements.
