Candidate should be searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
Candidate should be managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
Candidate should perform sourcing & screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting and Self-Data Bank.
Candidate should have to co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
Candidate should be scheduling Interviews and Follow ups with candidates.
Candidate should be arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Candidate should have to maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
