Job Description :
- Candidate should managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
- Candidate should maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain of the profitability in the business.
- Candidate should Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norm, and ensuring retention of business.
- Candidate should have Overall Accountable for Client Management.
- Candidate should have to receive and respond to Key customer inquiries in an effective manner and provide relevant and timely information.
- Candidate should have to visit the Key customers.
- Candidate should have to maintain daily MIS, Records and Documentation pertaining to Key accounts.
- Candidate should analyzing of all operational problems, customer complaints and take preventive and corrective actions to resolve the same.
- Candidate should have good communication & Interpersonal skill.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Candidate should be graduate, MBA's can be preferred.
- Candidate should confident enough to interact with HNI customers.
