Job Description :
- Candidates should schedule and coordinate for interviews with the designated panel members, follow up & share the feedback with the candidates.
- Candidates should validating manpower requisition in consultation with respective functional head if required.
- Candidates should working closely with them on scheduling interviews and compensation fitment.
- Candidates should have strong follow-up with candidates to ensure acceptance of offers and maximum number of selections.
- Candidates should organize campus drive by maintaining excellent professional relations with educational institutions.
- Candidates should handle end to end sourcing activity for the open positions & filling the positions within TAT.
- Candidates should coordinating the recruiting and selection process which would include sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for suitability (Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, Communication skills etc).
- Candidates should have to maintain the MIS and analytics of the entire Talent Acquisition Team & prepare reports for HR Metrics.
- Candidates should have to develop professional relations with business leaders.
- Candidates should have to assist the current team on creating sourcing strategies, maintaining database, documentation process and joining formalities.
