Job Description :
- Candidate should perform Alarm Monitoring / Fault Localization / Correction / Verification.
- Candidate should do fault management and level one support to resolve the issues where possible.
- Candidate should be ensuring network safety by teams working in the field and BO.
- Candidate should perform trouble ticket issuance with in SLA to the specified Group teams along with phone escalations following the Organizational hierarchy.
- Candidate should do creation of trouble tickets for concerns/queries raised by / Customer / other BO teams /CORE NEs.
- Candidate should actively participate in day to day activities for better customer service enhancement.
- Candidate should do daily routine consolidation of trouble-tickets and prompt follow-up with BO for open faults / technical and trouble ticket updates.
- Candidate should liaison with Customer regarding technical queries and reporting.
- Candidate should be configuration level understanding of site creation, CGR creation, digit analysis verification and routing.
- Candidate should have Rel 4 NSN CS Core Network Elements operations experience.
