Skills and Eligibility Required :
- Candidate should have to provide basic level troubleshooting on Windows 7 and XP machines.
- Candidate should have experience on desktop and windows application troubleshooting.
- Candidate should also be required to route unresolvable issues to next level of support.
- Candidate should be working on a leveraged model the resource would need to support more than one account.
- Candidate should have Knowledge on MCSE/MCSA will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have to required to provide 24X7 support on service desk responsibilities.
- Candidate should providing L1/1.5 assistance to the client users.
- Candidate should also need to create incidents from the emails received from the users.
- Candidate should working as the first level contact to the users, he/she would be required to work on stringent SLA guidelines
- Candidate should possess ITIL lifecycle understanding.
- Candidate should have working knowledge on Remedy (primarily Incident Management).
- Candidate should have 0-2 Yrs experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting.
- Candidates with MCSE Certification will be preferred.
- Candidate should have Certification in ITIL.
- Candidate should have experience in Semi tech/ISP troubleshooting.
- Candidate should have excellent Communication Skills.
