Job Description Required :
- Candidates should have to maintain remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources.
- Candidates should have to troubleshoot Web Application and website issues.
- Candidates should be responding to Alerts on monitoring tools.
- Candidates should work closely with various teams for early issue closures.
- Candidates should provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem.
- Candidates should proactively identify issues and escalate the complex issues to the respective teams.
