Job Description :
- Candidates should have to perform logging user complaints received through phone, email, and web.
- Candidates should be allocating calls to onsite/ field service engineers.
- Candidates should be assigning severity level to each call as per the predefined definitions.
- Candidates should perform Call tracking and closing.
- Candidates should prioritize & resolve the incident as per the defined matrix.
- Candidates should monitor the Service Desk tool for open, and pending incidents.
- Candidates should have to update incident status to users periodically & as per the communication standards as and when the status changes.
- Candidates should co-ordinate with Vendors and carry out escalation when appropriate.
- Candidates should vendors coordination and Vendors Performance Reports as per schedule.
