- Candidate should have experience in handling customer queries / customer care preferred.

- Candidates should also have hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Candidate should demonstrates good listening & Retention Skills, writing and presentation skills.
- Candidates should have excellent Communication skills required.
