- Candidate will consider people with good Capital Markets experience as well.
- Candidate Should Have Strong knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role within the Capital Markets Industry.
- Candidate Should Have Sound knowledge of Banking / Capital Markets products, processes and technology platforms.
- Candidate Should Have Advanced Communication and Presentation skills.
- Candidate Should Have Influencing Skills.
- Candidate Should Have Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Candidate Should Assess client legal hierarchy and the Know Your Client (KYC) documentation required as per policy.
- Candidate Should Analyze information received and assess additional steps required to complete KYC as per procedures.
- Candidate Should Document findings and ensure this is adequate for quality checks and audits.
- Candidate Should Able to identify red flags and judge the need for escalation.
- Candidate Should Able to meet timelines and turn around completed cases to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality.
- Candidate Should Identify, recommend and implement process efficiencies.
- Candidate Should Maintain a record of and report progress as required.
- Candidate Should Have Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments.
