1. Candidates should have experience with user-level automation frameworks and scripting via Perl, Python, or JavaScript.
2. Candidates should be creative and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness for the entire team.
3. Candidates should also have practical coding experience with automated web testing tools, services, and physical devices.
4. Candidates should have knowledge of software development methodologies.
